So I'm a big Law & Order: Criminal Intent fan.

Hello Kitty and LOCI collided in my brain one day and I drew this.

Then I scanned it into the computer and colored it in Photoshop.

I need to redo the coloring so it's not so flat, but I don't know if I'll ever get to it. Maybe someday. But since it only took me a short time to do it, I'm not worried.
